Pearl of Mind Wellness Membership, Billing & Resource License Terms
Version 1.0 · Effective October 13, 2026 · Last updated October 13, 2026
The short version. Professional Membership is $14/month or $119/year and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account, and access continues through the period you paid for. Monthly fees are not refundable. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of the charge are converted to one month at the monthly price, and the rest is refunded ($105 for Professional), once per member per plan. You may share handouts with your own clients; please don't share them anywhere else. The full terms below control.
1. How these terms work
These terms ("Membership Terms") apply to paid memberships and paid add-ons from Pearl of Mind Wellness, LLC ("Pearl of Mind," "we," "us"). They are part of our Terms of Service, which also apply. If the two conflict, these Membership Terms control for memberships, billing, and the use of member materials. Words defined in the Terms of Service mean the same thing here.
2. Plans
- Free: $0. Includes selected free resources and email updates. Who can join: anyone 18+.
- Professional, monthly: $14 per month. Includes the full Resource Library and Audio Library. Who can join: active mental health license holders (Section 3).
- Professional, annual: $119 per year. Includes the same as monthly. Who can join: same as monthly.
- Clinical Resource Assistant add-on, monthly: $24.99 per month. Includes the Clinical Resource Assistant (see the CRA Terms of Use and AI Use Policy). Who can join: active mental health license holders (Section 3). A Professional membership is not required.
- Clinical Resource Assistant add-on, annual: $249 per year. Includes the same as monthly. Who can join: same as monthly.
Prices are in US dollars. Any required sales tax is added at checkout. The Clinical Resource Assistant is sold separately from Professional Membership. It is billed under these Membership Terms, and its own terms also apply. Each plan renews, cancels, and is refunded separately.
3. License requirement
Paid plans are available only to people who live in the United States and hold an active mental health license in good standing issued by a US state, territory, or the District of Columbia. That includes associate, provisional, and limited licenses held under supervision, such as LPC, LAC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or psychologist. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet both requirements. If you don't live in the United States, we will end your plan and refund your payment. When you join, you confirm that you hold such a license, and you agree to tell us if it lapses or becomes restricted. You also confirm that you are purchasing for professional, clinical, or educational purposes connected with your license, and not primarily for personal, family, or household purposes. We may ask you to verify your license. If you can't, or if you gave false information, we may end your membership without a refund.
4. Automatic renewal
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, at the then-current price. We charge the payment method on file until you cancel.
- We show you the price, billing period, and renewal terms before you pay. After you join, we email a confirmation that includes these terms and explains how to cancel.
- Annual plans: about 30 days before each renewal, we email a reminder with the renewal date, the price, and how to cancel.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause Professional access until it succeeds.
5. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime online at Account → Subscriptions → Cancel, or by emailing support@pearlofmind.com. Cancelling online takes only a few clicks, and you never have to call us. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep Professional access through the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the Free plan. Apart from Section 6, we don't give partial refunds for unused time.
6. Refunds
Monthly plans. Monthly fees are not refundable. That includes the month in which you cancel, because the full library is available as soon as you pay.
Annual plans. You can get a refund only if both of these are true:
- you ask within 14 days of the annual charge (a first purchase or a renewal); and
- you have not received a refund from us before.
If you ask for a refund within 14 days of an annual charge, we convert your annual plan to a one-month plan at the standard monthly price ($14 for Professional, $24.99 for the Clinical Resource Assistant) and refund the rest of your annual payment (currently $105 for Professional, $224.01 for the Clinical Resource Assistant). You keep full access for that first month, and then the plan ends. The once-only limit applies separately to each plan. After 14 days, the annual fee is not refundable, and your access continues through the end of the paid year.
Refunds these rules don't limit:
- Price increase. If you're charged a higher renewal price and cancel within 14 days of that charge, you get a full refund of that charge, whether or not you've had a refund before.
- Our error. If we charge you by mistake, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled, we refund it in full.
- We end the service. If we stop offering a plan, or end your membership for any reason other than your breach, we refund the unused portion of your prepaid period.
To request a refund, email support@pearlofmind.com from your account email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though payment providers may take longer to post them.
7. Price changes
We may change prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it will take effect only at your next renewal. You can cancel before then to avoid it. Section 6 covers refunds after a price increase.
8. Your membership license
While your membership is active, you may:
- view, stream, and download Resource Library materials, and stream Audio Library episodes, for your own professional learning; and
- give individual copies of Resource Library handouts to your own clients, as described in Section 9.
You may not:
- share your login or let anyone else use your account;
- give materials to colleagues, group practices, supervisees, training programs, or listservs without our written permission;
- post materials publicly, including on websites, social media, shared drives, or client portals open to people who aren't your clients;
- download, record, re-host, or redistribute Audio Library episodes;
- remove or change any footer, copyright notice, disclaimer, or attribution;
- edit the educational content of a handout and present the edited version as ours;
- sell or rebrand materials, claim authorship, or use them to train AI models; or
- bulk-download the library or use automated tools to collect it.
After your membership ends, your license to download materials and share new copies ends. Copies you already gave to clients may stay with those clients.
9. Sharing handouts with clients
When you give a handout to a client:
- Your judgment decides. You decide whether a handout suits a particular client at a particular time, as part of your own professional services. Pearl of Mind has no relationship with your clients.
- Keep it intact. Share the full handout with its footer, disclaimer, and copyright notice. You may add your own notes on a separate page or by hand.
- Share it securely. Give it in person, in print, or through your own secure clinical systems.
- Personal use only. Tell clients the handout is for their own use and not for posting or passing along.
- Ownership disclosure. If you have an ownership or financial interest in Pearl of Mind, disclose it to the client before you recommend or give our materials.
10. Account sharing and misuse
Each membership is for one person. If we find credential sharing, bulk downloading, redistribution, or false license information, we may suspend or end your membership without a refund. We will email you the reason, and you may respond within 10 days.
11. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We usually resolve billing issues within a few business days. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your account while it's reviewed.
12. Changes to these Membership Terms
Changes follow the process in the Terms of Service. We email material changes at least 30 days in advance, and they apply at your next renewal.
