Account Data: Name, email address, and professional credentials (if provided).
Transaction Data: Payment processing is handled securely via our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe/Squarespace). POMW itself does not store full credit card numbers.
Usage Data: We may track which resources are downloaded to improve our library and ensure compliance with our anti-hoarding policies.
2. NO CLIENT DATA COLLECTION
POMW does not collect, store, or solicit Protected Health Information (PHI) regarding your clients. * If you share a resource with a client, you do so via your own secure clinical systems (EHR, email, etc.).
Our platform is a clinician-facing educational tool, not a clinical record-keeping system.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data to:
Verify your membership and provide access to the digital library.
Send resource updates, newsletter content, and CE partner discounts (you may opt-out at any time).
Monitor for unauthorized account sharing or intellectual property theft.
4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Service Providers: We share data only with essential providers (e.g., website hosting, payment processing, email delivery) required to run the service.
5. SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures provided by our platform (Squarespace) to protect your data. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
