1. Our "No Data" Commitment

The core philosophy of Daily Pearls is simplicity. To protect your privacy, the app is designed so that:

  • We do not collect personal information: We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

  • No account is required: You do not need to create an account or log in to use the app.

  • No tracking: We do not use third-party trackers, cookies, or analytics to monitor your behavior or sell your data to advertisers.

2. Data Storage

Daily Pearls is a "fetch-only" application.

  • Content Delivery: The app retrieves daily prompts from our secure database (Firebase) to your device.

  • Local Storage: Any "Favorite" prompts you save are stored locally on your physical device. We do not have access to your favorites list, and that data never leaves your phone.

3. Third-Party Services

Daily Pearls uses Google Firebase solely to host and deliver our 365 daily prompts. Firebase may collect basic, de-identified technical information (such as device type or crash logs) to ensure the app functions correctly. No personally identifiable information is shared with or stored by Firebase through this app.

4. Children’s Privacy

Because we do not collect any personal data, Daily Pearls is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from children under the age of 13.

5. Your Control

You have total control over your experience:

  • Notifications: You can enable or disable daily prompts at any time through your device settings.

  • Data Deletion: Since no data is stored on our servers, deleting the app from your device immediately removes all local favorites and settings.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
